With every steam machine sold, Steam Australia provide comprehensive training and support wherever possible. In some cases it may not be possible to access your region, you will be provided with a training CD and easy to follow use guide as well as on going phone support at any time. if you are ever unsure of how to handle a particular cleaning task pick up the phone or drop us an email with you isssue or questions. Our friendly support staff will be more than happy to assist you in any way possible.

Servicing

Servicing every six months to a year, depending on which type of machine and its usage, will ensure that your steam cleaner will never let you down.
